145 - it's all good fun until someone loses a tail - part 2
Somehow this one didn't work out as well as I hoped - the 6th panel is a bit predicatable, and I only added it because if I did 5 panels one of them would have to be really big. So far I have made 50 pages of my book and I'm expecting to get some printing cost quotes this week. I am pretty excited.

Fabulous strip! And I was happily surprised by the last panel - if a little concerned.

I didn't think it was predictable. A bit vile, but not predictable. Well done.

Very good... I think that last panel would actually be funnier, silent.

Am I being very thick as I find the sixth panel predictable at all?

It's because steve always wants to eat things. Especially if they are alive.

Is it wrong that I want a baby Steve? MRRFFFL.

I don't want to give birth to him. Though that'd be fun in a weird way. Hehe! Actually, maybe I'm still feeling a bit ill..

Is there going to be another little Steve growing out of his tail-absence a la Total Recall? (And that's not a badly-disguised talking out of one's bottom joke). And if you use that idea could I have a free badge? And why, after all this time, do I still want to call Beaver and Steve 'Steve and Badger'? Doesn't look anything like a badger. Though the introduction of one would be cool. Though not from Steve's bottom.

This strip is great! I can't decide which is my favourite bit the 'no tail' or Steve's face as he protests 'but Beaver...!' Love it. yay!

Just a further thought re: publishers. I've approached The Friday Project. Not sure if your material falls within their remit - but you could always check them out: http://www.thefridayproject.co.uk/authors/ Good Luck Al
